Ms Louisa Ho
Ms. Ho completed a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of Hong Kong in November 1986, and a master’s degree in data processing from the University of Ulster (UK) in July 1992. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and banking in China, she is an expert in managing finance and accounting business, financing, investor relations and corporate strategy implementation. Ms. Ho is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Ho joined Harrow International Management Services Limited. in September 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Currently Ms. Ho is responsible for the operation and business development of Asia International School Limited (AISL) Harrow Schools in Asia.
Dr Ahmed Hussain
Dr Ahmed Hussain is the Chief Education Officer with AISL. This position involves leading on educational strategy and operations across the Harrow group of schools in Asia. He is also an Associate Professor in the school of education Durham University, a member of the editorial board with Research Journal: International Education Theory and Practice, a member of the expert panel for Pudong Education Bureau, Shanghai and a Fellow of the Charter College for Teaching, UK.
Professional and research experience
Following an initial career as a post-doctoral research scientist and lecturer at University of Nottingham, Ahmed trained as teacher of science with the school of education, Durham University. Following a number of teaching and leadership positions, Ahmed was appointed as a Lecturer of Education at Durham University. Here he led on training and developing teachers, teaching on Masters and EdD courses as well as undertaking research in the fields of curriculum analysis, assessment and teacher professional development. Ahmed took up a number of senior leadership positions in schools in the UK and Dubai along with working in the education reform project in Abu Dhabi. Here he led projects on senior leader and teacher professional development along with supporting the development and rollout of national standards for school leaders and teachers in the UAE. Ahmed then took up the role of Director of Schools with Wellington College China, playing a key role in establishing Wellington College China as a leading education group regionally and internationally.
Contribution to education in China
Through a number of partnerships with state education in Shanghai, Hangzhou and at national level, the Ahmed has contributed to education reform through:

Examples of impact include developing the capacity of teachers in Shanghai to implement formative assessment practices. Research in this field has demonstrated that the use of formative assessment practices not only improved student achievement in paper and pencil tests but is also associated with higher levels of motivation and self-efficacy.

Ahmed is a passionate educator who was drawn to AISL because of the educational values, ethos and commitment to a truly holistic education. He is married with two boys, and as a family they are truly embracing the rich heritage and culture of Hong Kong SAR and China.
Ms Linda Wang Associate Director of Education in AISL
Before joining AISL, Linda was the Founding Head of a private school, a leader of a professional exchange delegation from the Mainland, a national education expert, a renowned Chinese teacher and the host of the “Distinguished Teacher Workshop”.
With over 30 years of experience in education, teaching and school management, Linda is dedicated to the research and practice of holistic education, with a firm belief that every child will have their moments to shine. Linda closely aligns her work with both educational philosophy and practice, integrating the latest international educational concepts with the unique characteristics of Chinese education. Linda aims to guide students towards leadership roles that encompass a global perspective and adaptability, while possessing a deep appreciation for traditional Chinese culture and understanding of the country state.
Dr Megan Dixon
Megan Dixon joined the Harrow International Schools Limited Oversight Team for the AISL Harrow Schools in August 2022. She brings to the team a deep knowledge of UK Early Years and primary curricula and a wealth of school leadership, school improvement and policy experience, including working for the Education Endowment Foundation, as a MAT Executive Leader, as a Local Authority English consultant, as a Head Teacher, teacher trainer and a teacher. Distinctive is her work across the education and research fields in working with teachers and researchers on professional learning and leadership development in schools, networks of schools and local authorities at local, regional, and national levels.
She has balanced a career in schools with an academic career. Her specialist interests lie in the teaching and learning of literacy (in particular, reading comprehension), early years, special educational needs, language development and education leadership. Megan writes a monthly column for the Times Educational Supplement, regularly presents at conferences in the UK and around the world and is regularly involved in collaborative projects with researchers and academics.
Mr Andrew McGregor
Having read Classics at Pembroke College, Cambridge, Mr McGregor spent more than thirty years teaching at Harrow School in the UK. He was House Master of Gayton and then The Head Master’s Houses before his appointment to the Senior Management Team in 2012. As Senior Tutor, he oversaw areas of compliance, including Safeguarding, Health & Safety, as well as Pupil Welfare in the broad. Since his retirement from Harrow at the end of August 2018, Mr McGregor has acted as an educational consultant. He is also on the Board of several leading preparatory schools across the UK. Mr McGregor was appointed by Harrow International Schools Limited (HISL) to be a member of the Oversight Team of AISL Schools in May 2021. As a representative of the Harrow Governors, Mr McGregor serves on the Boards of the Harrow International Schools in Appi, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Shenzhen. He is also a Governor of the Harrow Lide Schools in Chongqing, Nanning, and Zhuhai as well as the Harrow Hong Kong Children School in Shenzhen.
Ms Huang Weili
Ms. Huang Weili is a practicing lawyer and a member of the All-China Lawyers’ Association.
In 1990, Ms. Huang graduated with a law degree from the Law Department of Xiamen University and obtained the Lawyer Qualification through the National Lawyer Qualification Examination.
Between 1990 and 1998, she worked at Fujian Foreign Economic Law Firm in Fuzhou, and between 1998 to 2000, at Hualian Law Firm in Beijing, a State-owned Law Firm directly managed by the Department of Justice. In 2000, she established Beijing Hanjia Law Office, a partnership legal consulting firm where she was a founder and a partner.
Ms. Huang focuses on foreign investment and capital market legal affairs. She owns a qualification in securities and fund management in China, and has rich experience in market access, risk control, compliance review, investment management and legal due diligence, investment structure arrangement.
